While you will be writing a systematic review (and that there would be a specific guide for it), the following is that a typical research paper looks like and the components. While you may 100% have everything mentioned in here in your ARPL journey, it is more than essential to fully understand and absorb everything mentioned in here for your future empirical (and other review) research papers.
Also note that the following sections are the ones that make up a standard (basic) research paper. Those sections can thus be altered based on the field, the specific research question, and the type of research, among others. For instance, usually the journal you are submitting to publish at or the research conference you are submitting to present at would highly impact your paper structure, including what sections you need to include, their order of appearance, and even the word count of each, among other subtle details.
In ARPL, your mentor and you will work closely together to know exactly what sections you will include. (More on this will be elaborated on its guidance later in “Outline.”)
